The Space
Step inside to discover a bright, open-plan living area with generous space to relax, dine, and entertain.
The kitchen is contemporary, featuring stylish wooden worktops, ample storage, and a welcoming breakfast bar.
Just to inform you, it does not have a large oven. A mini sharp oven is available to use alongside a microwave and toaster.
We also do not have a washing machine or tumble dryer. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly into the lounge, where soft lighting, plush seating, and garden views create a calm and homely atmosphere.
The separate bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp linens and calming tones. For additional guests, the living space includes a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the studio to accommodate up to four people.
Guests enjoy a private entrance, ample parking for multiple vehicles, and full access to the serene grounds surrounding Baydon House.
With Marlborough’s town centre, restaurants, and shops just a short drive away, it’s the perfect base for exploring the Wiltshire countryside, the Ridgeway, or the nearby market towns.
